in my lap
Teeny tiny little hoof shaped bruises all over my thighs…
Puff is doing better. His eye looks great, he feels good and solid when I pick him up (well, as solid as a 4 lb bunny can feel), and he’s getting pretty fiesty at meds time.

that's alot of meds
Can’t say I blame him- that’s an awful lot of stuff to take. The raisins make it a bit better, though.
I’m still watching the farm with the icelandic sheep during the week. The other day as I was walking down to the field, I heard a very strange noise. I passed this old metal round tub that has just been there- it fills with rain water and never quite evaporates down. In that tub where a bunch of frogs- croaking and swimming around. I took my camera the next day, but the froggies had already left. However, they left behind a bzillion eggs- so I’ll be showing you the tadpoles soon. Though they may be radioactive mutants- the water is the most poisonous shade of green you can imagine.

radioactive frog eggs
The goaties are being terribly distracting. (no surprise there) I still need to block a pair of socks to show you, finish a few skeins that are on the wheels, make a couple of sun hats for my nieces… but the goats!

you'd give me coffee, too
See that face? That’s Fluff- the alpha male. He’s a huge coffee moocher. Also likes wine, and loves to have his face scratched.

look- I can go down backwards!
That’s Justine- she loves the slide.

mineral block- do we eat it, or climb it?
There’s Evan and Renesmee- asking the question they ask about nearly everything.
OK, let’s see if I can get some knitting done…if CJ will give me back my office/couch.

my couch!
On second thought, maybe I’ll spin…
loading the syringes all up BEFORE you grab the bun = smart smart smart.
so glad he’s doing better!
Glad to hear Puff is better. You have such a lovely big group of adorable animals – I’m so jealous! All that cuteness around you all day long, sounds like heaven.
I get to cat-sit this weekend, though, so I guess I can’t complain.
I’d give Fluff anything he wants with those horns! Best wishes to poor little Puff.
Awww, CJ looks all grown up now! What a beautiful girl. I hope Puff gets all better. It’s scary when small pets get sick because they can get so very sick so very fast. I’ve got a guinea pig with an inflamed foot who is getting antibiotics daily. I KNOW he’s “just” a guinea pig. But he’s MY guinea pig.
So glad Puff is doing better! Looking forward to seeing mutant polliwogs and frogs : )
I’m glad Puff is doing better! Giving medicine to a sick bunny has to be about as much fun as giving medicine to a sick baby:( I would have totally lost it if I’d witnessed the frog and frog eggs. I hate frogs. They make me shriek like a banshee. Thanks so much for the continued encouragement and whatnot on my weight loss and my blog in general. You’re a real sweetie!
I’m glad Puff is feeling better! Give him an extra raisin today from me.
I am certain that I would get NOTHING done if I had those adorable goats to see each day – they keep getting cuter, I swear.
And CJ looks quite elegant these days. Plus, it looks like you’ll need to buy an extra couch so you have someplace to sit …
